This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Jakubek, from the Lipusz Parish.

Tuszkowy, 1806,

On June 24th, 1806, I, Rev. Kulaczycki, Pastor of the Lipusz Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. The child was born on the 24th of June, 1806. The parents were: Szymon and Regina Jakubek, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Kazimierz Wierzba and Katarzyna Żywicka.
