New Genealogy Lead on an Ancestor – Bielawski
Hello,
I was able to luck out this morning and find a potential lead for my Bielawski ancestry. I used the Poznań Project marriage index to locate a possible match for my 3x Great Grandparents Bielawski.
In the past, I was able to trace my Bielawski ancestors to my 2x Great Grandmother Rozalia Pluskota nee Bielawska. Rozalia was born in Linowiec, Moglino (Prussian Poland). Her parents were Józef and Marianna Bielawski nee Grzybowska. Here are the two posts detailing the documentation to substantiate my findings:

This morning while searching through the Poznań Project marriage index, I had found the marriage entry of Józef Bielawski and Marianna Grzybowska in 1849, in the Orchowo Parish. The village of Orchowo is 6.7 km from Linowiec. I think I’ve found a lead…Needless to say, I’ve ordered the microfilms for the Orchowo parish from my local Family History Center.
