This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Michał Kitowski, from the Pączewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Pączewo, 1712,

On September 23rd, 1708, I, Rev., Pastor of the Pączewo Parish, baptized the infant named Michał. The parents were: Jakub and Elżbieta Kitowski (spelled as Kytowski), the legally married couple.
