This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Anna Machajewska, from the Zblewo Parish.

Iwiczno – Piece, 1737,

On June 9th, 1737, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Anna. The parents were: Jakub and Ewa Machajewski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Józef Szarmach, from Bytonia, and Ewa Machnikowska, from Iwiczno – Piece.
