This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jakub Moczyński (listed as Smoczyński), from the Starogard Gdański Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On July 22nd, 1762, I, Rev., Pastor of the Starogard Gdański Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were: Szymon and Marianna Moczyński (listed as Smoczyński), the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakub Wylmowski and Teresa Rozkwitalska.
