This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Moczyński (listed as Mayczyński), from the Starogard Gdański Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Nowa Wieś, 1790,

On May 24th, 1790, I, Rev., Pastor of the Starogard Gdański Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. The parents were: Maciej and Marianna Moczyński (listed as Mayczyński), the legally married couple. The child was born on the 22nd of May, 1790. The Godparents were: Jakub Zegier and Florentyna Rozowska.
