This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Maciej Moczyński (listed as Smoczyński), from the Starogard Gdański Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Suburban Starogard Gdański, 1760,

On January 14th, 1760, I, Rev., Pastor of the Starogard Gdański Parish, baptized the infant named Maciej. The parents were: Szymon and Marianna Moczyński (listed as Smoczyński), the legally married couple. The child was born on the 9th of January, 1760. The Godparents were: Jakub Florkowski and Zofia Kolińska.
