This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Katarzyna Kitowska, from the Pączewo Parish.

Pączewo, 1785,

On October 9th, 1785, I, Rev., Pastor of the Pączewo Parish, baptized the infant named Katarzyna. The parents were: Jakub and Justyna Kitowski, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 8th of October, 1785. The Godparents were: Stanisław Teskowski? and Marianna Kłoszowska, both from Pączewo.
