This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Franciszka Zelkowska, from the Pączewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Bukowiec, 1774,

On October 16th, 1774, I, Rev., Pastor of the Pączewo Parish, baptized the infant named Franciszka. The parents were: Antoni and Justyna Zelkowski (listed as Zylkowski), the legally married couple. The child was born on the 15th of October, 1774, at 8 a.m. The Godparents were: Wojciech Warbier? and Franciszka Rezmerowska, from Bukowiec.
