This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Maciej Mikołaj Moczyński, from the Starogard Gdański Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On September 19th, 1819, I, Rev. Knoblauch, Pastor of the Starogard Gdański Parish, baptized the infant named Maciej Mikołaj. The parents were: Franciszek and Franciszka Moczyński, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 17th of September, 1819. The Godparents were: Tomasz Błaziński and Anna Wenta.
