This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jakub Łaskawski, from the Zblewo Parish.

Miradowo, 1750,

On July 5th, 1750, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were: Jan and Krystyna Łaskawski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Andrzej Radka and Magdalena Błażejewska, both from Miradowo.
