This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Anna Faralich, from the Zblewo Parish.

Miradowo, 1791,

On June 3rd, 1791, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Anna. The parents were: Franciszek and Marianna Faralich, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 1st of June, 1791. The Godparents were: Maciej Borowski and Marianna Brzezińska.
