This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józef Faralich, from the Pogódki Parish.

Koźmin, 1769,

On March 17th, 1769, I, Rev., Pastor of the Pogódki Parish, baptized the infant named Józef. The parents were: Franciszek and Marianna Faralich, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jan Dobek and Katarzyna Cimmerman, both from Koźmin.
