This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Mikołaj Machajewski, from the Zblewo Parish.

Iwiczno, 1795,

On December 6th, 1795, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Mikołaj. The parents were: Jan and Marianna Machajewski, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 3rd of December, 1795. The Godparents were: Jakub Szarmach and Julianna Zielińska.
