Iwiczno, 1786,

On October 22nd, 1786, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Teresa. The parents were: Jan and Marianna Machajewski, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 15th of October, 1786. The Godparents were: Paweł Szarmach and Marianna Machajewska.
