Iwiczno, 1783,

On June 21st, 1783, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Anna. The parents were: Jan and Marianna Machajewski, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 19th of June, 1783. The Godparents were: Jakub Szarmach and Weronika Szarmach.
