This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Konkordia Machajewska, from the Zblewo Parish.

Iwiczno, 1780,

On October 28th, 1780, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Konkordia. The parents were: Jan and Marianna Machajewski, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 20th of October, 1780. The Godparents were: Paweł Szarmach and Rozalia Prabucka.
