On September 11th, 1757, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Katarzyna. The parents were: Michał and Dorota Gajewski, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Bartłomiej Potom and Zofia Michińska, both from Radziejewo.
