Miradowo, 1748,

On July 28th, 1748, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were: Michał and Dorota Gajewski (alias Lisewski), the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Michał von ?? and Ewa Błażejewska.
