This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jakub Gełdon, from the Zblewo Parish.

Miradowo, 1760,

On May 1st, 1760, I, Rev., Pastor of the Zblewo Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were: Jakub and Agnieszka Gełdon, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Jakub Kołosiński??, from Piesienica, and Konstancja Freza, from Miradowo.
