This is my translation of the German language civil death record of Tomasz Olszewski, from the Jabłowo Civil Registers.

Jabłowo, No. 8, April 9th, 1910,

Joanna Olszewska, the daughter of the deceased, has reported the death of Tomasz Olszewski, aged 75, Catholic, in the village of Lipinki, on the 8th of April, 1910. He resided in the village of Lipinki. He was born in the village of Sumin – Starogard Gdański Parish and was the son of Ignacy and Anna Olszewski nee Moczyńska. His death was reported on April 9th, 1910.
