This is my translation of the German language civil death record of Anna Olszewska nee Moczyńska, from the Pelplin Civil Registers.

Pelplin, No. 51, September 8th, 1880,

Józefina Olszewska has reported the death of Anna Olszewska, aged 69, Catholic, in the village of Nowy Dwór, on the 6th of September, 1880. She resided in the village of Nowy Dwór and was a widow. She was born in the village of Sumin – Starogard Gdański Parish, to her parents Franciszek and Franciszka Moczyński nee Kitowska (Stubieńska is listed, but that was her husbands name from her first marriage). Her death was reported on September 8th, 1880.
