This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Katarzyna Breiska, from the Pączewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Pączewo, 1862, No.55,

On November 9th, 1862, I, Rev., Pastor of the Pączewo Parish, baptized the infant named Katarzyna. The parents were: Józef and Anna Breiska nee Rumanowska, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 8th of November, 1862. The Godparents were: Wincenty Gracz, a farmer, and Katarzyna Breiska.
