Sedzin Inhabitant Registers Research

On a previous post titled, “The Villages South of Straszewo and Siniarzewo–Tobiasz Ancestral Research“, I had mentioned the research that I had Iwona Dakiniewicz perform on my behalf. One of the most valuable searches was done for my Pluskota and Tobiasz families within the Sędzin inhabitant registers. The registers were available in the Włocławek Archives for Gmina Sędzin. The registers listed the inhabitants sex, family, place of birth, date of birth, occupation, religion…and other information.

Iwona was able to locate these records for the following families:

• Paweł Pluskota and Rozalia Bielawska (my 2x great grandparents)
• Wincenty Pluskota
• Wiktorya Tobiasz
• Józef Tobiasz
• Mateusz Tobiasz

I will post summaries of these registers in upcoming posts.
