This is my translation of the German language Marriage record of Józef Mielewczyk and Julianna Woźniak nee Kleinsmyt, from the Sierakowice Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On June 4th, 1854, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sierakowice Parish, after the banns have been read on three separate Sundays, and no canonical impediments having arisen, officiated at the wedding of Józef Mielewczyk, aged 28, single, from Łyśniewo, and Julianna Woźniak, aged 27, a widow. The witnesses were: Wojciech Mielewczyk, from Łyśniewo, and Józef Wenta, from Łyśniewo Pustki.
