This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Szutenberg (Szytembark), from the Stężyca Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Klukowa Huta, 1820,

On May 9th, 1820, I, Rev., Pastor of the Stężyca Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. The parents were: Piotr and Magdalena Szutenberg (Szytembark) nee Zaborowska, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Michał Zaborowski and Anna Zwara.
