This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Paulina Jach, from the Stężyca parish.

Dąbrowa, No. 60, 1864

On April 19th, 1864, I, Rev., Pastor of the Stężyca Parish, baptized the infant named Paulina Franciszka. The parents were: Andrzej and Józefina Jach nee Szutenberg, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 9th of April, 1864. The Godparents were: Franciszek and Weronika Zaborowski.
