This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Anna Jach, from the Stężyca parish.

Dąbrowa, No. 78, 1861

On May 26th, 1861, I, Rev., Pastor of the Stężyca Parish, baptized the infant named Paulina Anna. The parents were: Andrzej and Józefina Jach nee Szutenberg, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 20th of May, 1861. The Godparents were: Ksawery and Józefina Pawelski.
