This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Jan Jach, from the Sułęczyno parish.

Węsiorska Huta, No. 64, 1852

On September 5th, 1852, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. The parents were: Andrzej and Józefina Jach nee Szutenberg, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 29th of August, 1852. The Godparents were: Michał Szutenberg and Józefina nee Sarach.
