This is my translation of the German language baptismal record of Tomasz Jach, from the Sułęczyno parish.

Ucisko, No. 69, 1845

On December 22nd, 1845, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Tomasz. The parents were: Andrzej and Józefina Jach nee Szutenberg, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 20th of December, 1845. The Godparents were: Jakub Krucza and Magdalena Szutenberg, from Ucisko.
