This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Klasa, from the Sułęczyno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Zdunowice, 1769,

On April 9th, 1769, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. The parents were: Marcin and Barbara Klasa, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Marcin Kuzel and Marianna Klasa, both from Zdunowice.
