This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Barbara Klasa, from the Sułęczyno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Zdunowice, 1759,

On December 2nd, 1759, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Barbara. The parents were: Marcin and Anna (name listed as Marianna) Klasa, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Michał Piotrowski and Katarzyna Kowalk, a Lutheran.
