This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jakub Kąkol, from the Sułęczyno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Borowy Las, 1804,

On July 29th, 1804, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sułęczyno Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were: Krzysztof and Konstancja Kąkol, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Krzysztof Cylka and Dorota Woncz, Lutheran.
