This is my translation of the Latin language Death record of Maciej Knapik, from the Leśno Parish.

Trzebuń, 1814

On the 5th of April, 1814, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, officiated at the funeral of Maciej Knapik, aged 70, a colonist. He died on April 4th, 1814, of typhoid fever. He leaves behind his wife Teresa, 3 sons, and 3 daughters.
