This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józefina Knapik, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1791,

On January 23rd, 1791, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Józefina. The parents were: Maciej and Teresa Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 22nd of January, 1791. The Godparents were: Józef Wałdoch and Krystyna Dolna, both from Trzebuń.
