This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Józef Knapik, from the Leśno Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Trzebuń, 1788,

On November 24th, 1788, I, Rev., Pastor of the Leśno Parish, baptized the infant named Józef. The parents were: Maciej and Teresa Knapik, the legally married couple. The child was born on the 23rd of November, 1788, at 12 p.m. The Godparents were: Franciszek Dolny and Marianna Lemańczyk?, both from Trzebuń.
