This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Wojciech Kobs, from the Złotów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Święta, 1779, No. 31,

On April 23rd, 1779, I, Rev., Pastor of the Złotów Parish, baptized the infant named Wojciech. The parents were Jakub, a farmer, and Magdalena Kobs nee Adamiec, the legally married couple. The child was born on April 16th, 1779, at 12 a.m. The Godparents were: Jan Wiśniewski and Franciszka Gniazdowska, from Złotów.
