This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Maria Kobs, from the Złotów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Święta, 1777, No. 66,

On April 13th, 1777, I, Rev., Pastor of the Złotów Parish, baptized the infant named Maria. The parents were Jakub and Magdalena Kobs nee Adamiec, the legally married couple. The child was born on April 7th, 1777, at 9 p.m. The Godparents were: Wawrzyniec Megier, a Colonist, and Maria Smolarek, from Święta.
