This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jan Kobs, from the Złotów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Święta, 1774,

On May 18th, 1774, I, Rev., Pastor of the Złotów Parish, baptized the infant named Jan. The parents were Jakub and Magdalena Kobs nee Adamiec, the legally married couple. The child was born on May 14th, 1774. The Godparents were: Jan Kachelek, a Colonist, and Maria Brewka, from Święta.
