This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Jakub Kobs, from the Złotów Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

On July 28th, 1771, I, Rev., Pastor of the Złotów Parish, baptized the infant named Jakub. The parents were Jakub and Magdalena Kobs nee Adamiec, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Stanisław Młotek and Krystyna Megier, from Święta.
