This is my translation of the Latin language baptismal record of Mateusz Straszyński, from the Sypniewo Parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Sypniewo, 1759,

On February 26th, 1759, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, baptized the infant named Mateusz. The parents were: Wojciech and Marianna Straszyński, the legally married couple. The Godparents were: Walenty Grzyb and Katarzyna Kucharz.
