On the 30th of April, 1794, I, Rev., Pastor of the Sypniewo Parish, officiated at the funeral of Marcin Borzych, aged 111 years and 5 months. He died on April 27th, 1794.

Also included is a record of his birth from the Sypniewo Parish to verify his listed aged at death.
