Marriage of Stanislaw Tobiasz and Julianna Skonieczna (1893)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Stanisław Tobiasz and Julianna Skoniezna, from the Wieniec parish. Any errors are completely my own.

Stara Wolica, No 14, 1893

This happened in the village of Wieniec on the 5th/17th of September, 1893, at 5 p.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Józef Kugińśki, aged 53, a farmer residing in Dziadowo, and Andrzej Majewski, aged 27, residing in the village of Wieniec, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:

Stanisław Tobiasz, aged 28, single, born in the village and parish of Siniarzewo, the son of the late Andrzej and Jadwiga Tobiasz nee Gołębiewska, resides in the village of Brzezie,

and Julianna Skonieczna, aged 16, single, born in the village Stasin – Bądkowo Parish, the daughter of Mateusz and Marianna Skonieczny nee Szachulska, residing in Stara Wolica.

The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Wieniec Parish Church, on the 15th/27th of August, the 22nd of August/3rd of September, and the 29th of August/10th of September, 1893. No impediments arose and the newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. This wedding was performed by Rev. Mieczysław Kozakowski, the Vicar of the Wieniec Parish Church. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
