This occurred in the village of Krzywosądz, on the 13^th/25^th of June, 1883, at 12 p.m. Appearing are witnesses Piotr Kowalski, aged 31, and Franciszek Gradowski, aged 35, both are workers residing in the village of Krzywosądz, and stated that in the village of Krzywosądz, on the 13^th/25^th of June, 1883, at 6 a.m., Jan Nowak, aged 87, died. His village of birth is unknown. He resided in the village of Krzywosądz, where he was a laborer. He leaves behind his widow Agnieszka Nowak nee Jędrzejczak, who resides in the village of Krzywosądz. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Jan Nowak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
