Marriage of Jan Nowak and Agnieszka Jedrzejczak (1858)

This is my translation of the Polish language marriage record of Jan Nowak and Agnieszka Karaś nee Jędrzejczak, from the Krzywosądz parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Krzywosądz, No 5, 1858
This happened in the village of Krzywosądz on the 9th of May, 1858, at 9 a.m. We declare, that in the presence of witnesses Mateusz Maciejczak, aged 38, and Mateusz Woźniak, aged 39, both are farmhands residing in Krzywosądz, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Jan Nowak, aged 56, a widower, a farmhand residing in Krzywosądz, his prior wife died in the Łowkowice brickyard on November 13th, 1856, he was born in the village of Przybysław – Kingdom of Prussia, the son of Antoni and Agnieszka Nowak,
and Agnieszka Karaś nee Jędrzejczak, aged 43, a widow, a laborer residing in Krzywosądz, her prior husband died in the village of Płowce on September 5, 1852, she was born in the village of Płowce, the daughter of Mateusz and Magdalena Jędrzejczak.
The wedding was preceded by three readings of the banns, at the Krzywosądz Parish Church, on the 18th and 25th of April, and the 2nd of May, 1858. The newlyweds stated that no martial agreement was made between them. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses and signed by Us, because those appearing and the witnesses mentioned in this document cannot write.
