Death of Mateusz Nowak (1834)

This is my translation of the Polish language death record of Mateusz Nowak, from the Byczyna parish.

Byczyna, No. 52, 1834

This occurred in the village of Byczyna, on the 31st of August, 1834, at 8 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Jan Gryszek, aged 52, a farmer residing in Bodzanowo, and Jan Sporek, aged 52, the Mayor of Bodzanowo, and stated that on the 29th of August, 1834, at 2 p.m., Mateusz Nowak, aged 4, died. He was a resident of Bodzanowo. The son of Jan and Justyna Nowak, both residents of Bodzanowo. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Mateusz Nowak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
