Death of Salomea Jedrzejczak (1903)
This is my translation of the Russian language death record of Salomea Jędrzejczak, from the Siniarzewo Parish.
Gosławice, No. 1, 1903
This occurred in the village of Siniarzewo, on the 14th of January, 1903, at 9 a.m. Appearing are witnesses Walenty Gołębiewski, aged 40, and Józef Dębowski, aged 41, both are laborers residing in the village of Gosławice – Gmina Sędzin, and stated that in the village of Gosławice, on the 13th of January, 1903, at 11 p.m., Salomea Jędrzejczak, aged 10 months, died. She was born in the village of Gosławice. She was the daughter of Walenty and Zofia Jędrzejczak nee Kacprzak. After eyewitness testimony on the death of Salomea Jędrzejczak, this document was read to those present, who were illiterate, and signed by us.
