Marriage of Szczepan Opasik and Wiktoria Małkowska nee Pietrasiak (1883)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Szczepan Opasik and Wiktoria Małkowska nee Pietrasiak, from the Piotrków parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Palczewo, No. 5, 1883
This happened in Piotrków, on the 24th of December, 1882/5th of January, 1883, at 9 a.m. We declare in the presence of Józef Wódczak, aged 29, an attendant residing in the village of Świątniki, and Kazimierz Deręgowski, aged 50, a farmer residing in the village of Higieniewo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Szczepan Opasik, aged 60, a widower, his previous wife Katarzyna nee Ćwikliński died on the 17th/29th of October, 1882, in the village of Świątnik, the son of Jan and Marianna Opasik nee Maciejczak, born in the village of Wąsewo – Piotrków Parish, a laborer residing in the village of Świątnik,
and Wiktoria Małkowska nee Pietrasiak, aged 60, a widow, her previous husband Michał (written as Mikołaj) Małkowski died on the 24th of December, 1878/5th of January, 1879, in the village of Goczki – Mąkoszyn Parish, the daughter of Jan and Marianna Pietrasiak, born in the village of Połajewo – Połajewo Parish, a laborer residing in the village of Palczewo.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Piotrków Parish church, on the 2nd/14th, 9th/21st, and 16th/28th of December, 1882. No prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. The service was performed by Józef Koporowski, the vicar of the Piotrków Parish. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
