Marriage of Jan Nowak and Antonina Deręgowska (1883)

This is my translation of the Russian language marriage record of Jan Nowak and Antonina Deręgowska, from the Piotrków parish. Any errors are completely my own.
Gradowo, No. 12, 1883
This happened in Piotrków, on the 17th/29th of April, 1883, at 5 p.m. We declare in the presence of Wincenty Deręgowski, aged 48, a laborer residing in the village of Gradowo, and Jan Szulski, aged 27, a farmer residing in the village of Palczewo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Jan Nowak, aged 38, a widower, his previous wife Józefa Dzioba died in the village of Opatowice – Radziejów Parish on the 24th of March/5th of April, 1883, the son of Jan and Marianna Nowak, born in the village of Bieganowo – Byczyna Parish, an attendant residing in the village of Opatowice – Radziejów Parish,
and Antonina Deręgowska, aged 25, the daughter of the late couple Maciej and Wiktoria Deręgowski, born in the village of Palczewo – Piotrków Parish, residing in the village of Gradowo.
Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Piotrków and Radziejów Parish churches, on the 3rd/15th, 10th/22nd, and the 17th/29th of April, 1883. No prenuptial agreement was made between the newlyweds. The service was performed by Józef Koporowski, the vicar of the Piotrków Parish. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
