Higieniewo, No. 5, 1872
This happened in Piotrków, on the 26th of July/7th of August, 1872, at 8 a.m. We declare in the presence of Franciszek Michalak, aged 38, and Walenty Nadzieja, aged 28, both farmers residing in the village of Higieniewo, that on this day a religious marital union was contracted between:
Kazimierz Deręgowski, aged 38, single, a farmer residing in the village of Higieniewo, born in the village of Palczewo, the son of the late Maciej and his widow Wiktoria Deręgowski nee Pietrasiak, who resides in Palczewo,

Three announcements preceded this marriage. The banns were read, at the Piotrków Parish church, on the 14th, 21st, and 28th of July, 1872. No prenuptial agreement was made between the husband and the wife. But, a prenuptial agreement was made for the wife’s children and the husband. The husband will raise the children as his own until they become of age or marry. The children are listed as follows: the first, a son named Józef, he was born in the village of Higieniewo, on the 26th of January, 1866; the second, a daughter named Marianna, she was born in the village of ?? (Note: cannot make out this village), on the 9th of July, 1868; the third, a son named Wojciech, he was born in the village of Higieniewo, on the 8th of April, 1870. Per the counsel’s advice, the contract will expire in 1891. The prenuptial agreement was written by the heads of the Warszawa Gubernia on April 14th, 1872. This document, after being read aloud to the witnesses and the newlyweds, was signed by the presiding pastor.
